Return Policy

1. In our commitment to your satisfaction, we will accept returns of damaged products or compensate you with a credit to your wallet.
2. To ensure your safety, cosmetic products, perfumes, care products, and products that have been used or opened cannot be returned. You may return electronic devices provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition as received from Lovica.
3. When returning an undamaged and intact product in its original condition, the return shipping fee of 22 SAR will be borne by the customer and deducted from the value of the returned product. However, if the product is damaged, Lovica will cover all return fees.
4. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you. Please submit a ticket for your order or contact us via our unified number: 557700818. The product to be returned must be in its original condition, with its original packaging, and must not have been used, opened, or had its packaging altered in any way.
5. If you receive a damaged product purchased during Lovica promotions, we will either ship a new product or add credit to your wallet equivalent to the product's value. The product value cannot be refunded to your bank account.
6. For your safety, cosmetic products, including lenses, cannot be returned even if they are in their original condition.
7. You can return a damaged product within 7 days of purchase.
8. At Lovica, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. The return process may take up to 10 working days.
9. The refund will be processed after the damaged product is received and inspected. The refund method will be based on the original payment method. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to your wallet or bank account. If the payment was made upon delivery, the refund will be credited to your wallet.
